We are excited to assist with your request to be hosted for golf by another Stake Club Member. Please complete this form and we will begin the round request process. Upon submission, you should expect an email response from Director of Golf, Logan Holt (pro@thestakeclub.com) within two business days, confirming your request has been received.

Please Note: Hosting requests can take some time. We cannot assist with requests made with LESS THAN 10 DAYS of the requested date(s) of play.

Protocol for Requesting a Hosted Round

• Utilize the MEMBER MAP to identify the course and/or area you are looking to play.

• Submit requests using this form ONLY. Forms will be processed and submitted directly to Stake Club staff.

General Considerations

• Make Requests at LEAST 10 days prior to the requested date(s) of play.

• There is no limit to how early you may make a request, however some hosts will ask us to reach back out closer to the desired date.

• Flexibility helps: Providing a range of times and courses leads to more successful requests.

• Reminder that this is meant to be supplemental to a golf trip. Requests for us to fill every day of a trip with rounds are difficult to fulfill and often unsuccessful.

• Always respect the rules and regulations of the Host club.

• Be Discreet: You are NOT being hosted by the Stake Club; you are being hosted by an individual member of the Stake Club.

• It is expected that in the spirit of the club, every round will be hosted by a Stake Club Member. For this reason, we do not specifically request unaccompanied rounds. It is possible that in some cases an unaccompanied round may be possible but it is not meant to be the intention of the initial request.

• Stake Club members are prohibited from requesting hosted rounds for non-Stake Club members; your membership benefits do not extend to others when you are not present. You are welcome to bring UP TO two guests along on requested rounds.

Our hosts and staff spend time to connect each request and it is expected that Stake Club members honor their commitments.

If you are submitting this request as a secondary option or are unsure of your plans, please hold off on submitting until your availability is finalized.
